These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Reeliocompss Global Travel Logistics Ltd ("Reeliocompss", "we", "our"). By accessing or utilizing reeliocompss.com or any associated logistical models, maps, calculations, and itineraries, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Advisory Services

Reeliocompss provides independent travel engineering, cross-border itinerary models, rail pass cost estimates, and logistical guides. Reeliocompss is an informational publishing and route consulting service, not a licensed direct travel carrier, rail operator, or hotelier.

Users are independently responsible for booking final transportation tickets, verifying visa validity, ensuring valid passport expiration windows (minimum 3–6 months beyond Schengen departure), and purchasing adequate international travel insurance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary route algorithms, multi-country day-by-day itineraries, visual route diagrams, interactive calculators, branding elements, typography pairings, and curated editorial content on Reeliocompss are the sole intellectual property of Reeliocompss Global Travel Logistics Ltd and protected under international copyright treaties.

You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, download, and print blueprints strictly for personal, non-commercial travel planning. Commercial redistribution, re-hosting, scraping, or resale of our itinerary blueprints without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

3. Rail Timetables & Price Accuracy Disclaimer

Rail timetable numbers (such as TGV Lyria, ÖBB Railjet, Frecciarossa, EuroCity, Renfe AVE, and CP Alfa Pendular) and fare estimates are sourced from verified 2026 European rail master databases. However, national rail carriers (SNCF, SBB, DB, Trenitalia, Renfe, etc.) maintain absolute authority over seasonal schedule alterations, track engineering disruptions, and dynamic ticket pricing.

Reeliocompss accepts no liability for missed connections, train cancellations, strike actions, or fare variations incurred during cross-border travel.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reeliocompss and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access the platform, or any decisions made based on published itinerary advice.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.

6. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material revisions will be marked by updating the "Last Revised" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
